In 2015 The German Red Cross , targeted refugees, migrants, people with disabilities and young people with limited opportunities.
Through the adoption of policies and advocacy, the GRC was able to ensure support structures were in place for the target population. At national and European level, they worked closely with policymakers and political institutions to ensure funding programs are more effective and inclusive, broadening their reach and access for vulnerable groups.
