Guideline 8 of the IFRC PSEA Manual
As part of Red Cross and Red Crescent commitments to protect people, all proposals and projects should include action to prevent and respond to sexual exploitation and abuse. Global minimum standards clearly lay-out the need for PSEA to be included in all projects and proposals. Additionally, commitments to PSEA reflected in Red Cross and Red Crescent strategy, policies and resolution/pledges including that Movement actors should implement good practice based on minimum standards in accordance with the Inter-agency Standing Committee Minimum Operating Standards on PSEA (IASC MOS-PSEA).
